Dear Bulldog Families:  

We recognize that communication is a key component of student success, especially during the era of virtual learning.  To ensure that we are getting information to you in a timely manner, as a student or parent, we commit to the following standards of communication:

• Teachers will respond during daytime working hours (not counting weekends or sick days) to parent/student emails and voicemails within approximately 24 hours.
• Teachers will check voicemail messages daily and will respond with a call or email as needed.
• Teachers will respond to questions related to graded assignments through office hours or a response within approximately 72 hours.
• Teachers will respond to questions around summative assignments (essays, projects, etc.) within one week, or within established deadlines by individual teachers.
• Teachers will enter grades into Skyward regularly.
