Ellensburg School District has partnered with Parchment, a leader in eTranscript exchange, to send high school transcripts electronically, securely and confidentially, to colleges and universities of your choice. The service is available online, 24 hours a day and seven days a week.  

Students and alumni simply request a transcript and designate the academic institution, organization, or individual for which they would like to receive. Users will be notified when their request is complete and can also track the status of their request or view a saved copy of their transcript. Final transcripts are available the August after graduation.

Current EHS students can order their Transcripts at no charge. Graduating seniors will be considered current students until the next academic year begins.

• Alumni will be charged $4.40 per request.

Parchment is an electronic credential delivery system. However, Credential Owners may elect to print and mail their Credentials at the time of request, subject to additional fees. The current print and mail additional fees are listed below.

• $2.75 for U.S. domestic paper delivery (including first class postage)
• $5.40 for international paper delivery (including first class postage)
• $32.00 for FedEx Domestic
• $58.00 for FedEx International
