END-OF-YEAR BUDGET RECONCILIATION
2025-26 ASB Budget Reporting & 2026-27 Requests
Welcome to the Annual ASB Club/Class/Team Budget Portal. To ensure EHS accurately projects our financial needs and fundraising capacity for the upcoming school year, every club and team must submit their financial data for review.
Submission Details
- Due Date: All forms must be submitted no later than Friday, May 29, 2026.
- Location: Please turn in completed physical copies to the Activities Office.
- Importance: Timely submission is imperative for the Superintendent and School Board approval process in June. Budget requests cannot be honored until all outstanding fundraising reports are submitted.
What is Required?
- Current Year Summary (2025-26): A full report of your group's service projects, expenses, income, and community donations.
- Future Planning (2026-27): Anticipated income and expenses for the next school year, including any known activity dates for the master calendar.
- Direct Funding Requests: If your group is requesting funds directly from ASB, please complete the specific "Request for Direct Funding" section. Note that 100% ASB card membership is required for groups receiving direct funding.
Reminders for Success
- Student Involvement: Students should be active participants in this entire process; please ensure a club officer signs all forms.
- Budgeting Law: Please over-anticipate earnings. By law, the ASB budget cannot exceed the amount set, and unanticipated income causes significant accounting issues.
- Allowed Purchases: ASB funds must be used for CARS (Cultural, Athletic, Recreational, or Social) purposes. They cannot be used for charitable donations, personal gifts, or curricular items.
