END-OF-YEAR BUDGET RECONCILIATION

2025-26 Booster & Parent Group Budget Reporting

To ensure Ellensburg High School accurately projects our total ASB budget and fundraising capacity, all parent groups and boosters are required to submit an annual financial report. This information is used to prepare the annual EHS Fundraising Report for the Superintendent and the School Board.

Submission Details

• Deadline: All forms must be returned no later than Friday, May 29, 2026.
• Location: Submit completed packets to Amy Perry in the Activities Office.
• Requirement: Please ensure an officer signs all forms before submission.

What is Included in this Packet?

• Current Year (2025-26): A summary of all income, expenses, and donations made to EHS or specific programs.
• Upcoming Year (2026-27): Anticipated fundraising plans and spending requests.
• Non-Profit Documentation: If your group holds Non-Profit status, please attach a copy of your 501-C report and IRS 990 Form.

Budgeting Reminders

• Over-Anticipate: Please over-anticipate future earnings. By law, the ASB budget cannot exceed the set capacity, and unanticipated income creates significant accounting issues.
• Donations: Remember to list all purchases made and given directly to EHS or your specific club/sport as donations.
• Income & Expenses: Income includes all dues and fundraising; expenses include equipment, supplies, uniforms, and travel purchased by your group.
