Child Nutrition Eligibility

Please take a few minutes to complete the Childhood Nutrition Eligibility and Education Benefit (CNEEB) form for your household.

Even if your student does not eat school lunch, completing the form is still important. The information helps determine funding for student supports, and families who qualify may also be eligible for reduced or waived fees for some school activities and services. To access those benefits, families also need to complete the consent to share portion of the process.
