Additional Senior Graduation Information
-
The EHS graduation ceremony, including the senior assembly, is a cap and gown ceremony. Students are not permitted to decorate their caps and gown for the ceremony and will be asked to remove and replace any decorated caps. Students are also not permitted to wear any cords, leis, or other decorations on their gowns during the ceremony beyond those given to students by Ellensburg High School and the Ellensburg School District. These policies are in place to ensure that it is the successful completion of each student’s educational journey that is the focus of the EHS commencement ceremonies and celebrations.
-
Students who are a member of a federally recognized tribe, and who wish to wear native tribal regalia as part of commencement, must inform Mr. Snow, principal, no later than May 22, 2026, and have approval prior to the commencement ceremony.
-
Google Drive accounts will be deleted after you graduate. This means you will not have access to files or work that is saved. Make sure to save any documents you need to another location prior to the end of June 2026.
-
Diplomas need to be picked up by seniors or their families from the EHS counseling office. Diplomas will be available for pick up June 22 through June 26. The counseling office will be open from 8 am to 3 pm on weekdays.
