EHS Academic Letter Award Application

Students who maintain a 3.5 GPA or higher for two consecutive semesters (the second semester of last year and the first semester of this year) at Ellensburg High School are eligible to apply for the EHS Letter “E” and "Book & Quill" insert for academic achievement.

How to apply: Download the following application, complete the application, and submit to the Activites Office by May 8^th, 2026.

EHS Activity Letter Award Application

Students who are active in school activities become eligible to receive ASB Activity Letters and inserts. Letters are also awarded to athletes, band members, academic competition teams, and cheer, as possible, to letter in the area of their interest. Each area establishes its own criteria for lettering. Below are the regulations governing ASB Activity Letters.
